What's up?

Not much here. We're just Christmas shopping in our underwear. Not really - that's just my description of the convenience of online shopping. Why would anyone go to a mall when you can have curb service?

Tom's dust incident has shown no signs of trouble. In fact, the doctor has already stopped the antiviral that he resumed Tom on after he inhaled the dust.

Currently, Tom is bothered by fatigue and numb feet. He describes his feet as feeling like you do when your hand or foot falls asleep and then "wakes up" - all tingly. I suggested that we put little bells on the tips of his shoes so that he'll know when his feet have touched the floor.

Monday was Tom's sixth-month post-transplant consultation with his doctor. He had to have a bone marrow extraction even though he had one last month. Poor Tom - it's an excruciatingly painful procedure. He yells into a pillow while they hammer a think needle into his hip. We haven't received a call from the doctor so, as we've been told in the past, that's supposed to mean good news/nothing to worry about.

Bye for now - I'll send some pictures real soon...

I abhor the crowded malls so online shopping works for me too! I get my Christmas spirit other ways. Thank goodness the dust thing was not an issue. We has some snow here in South Mississippi..It was crazy!!! Christmas Day is coming up quick. Fom our house to yours, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and continued blessings in the new year. Love you guys!

Those toe tingles are just "jack frost nipping at your toes." Santa is on his way bringing great health and goodies on his sleigh. Trust me, next year is going to be a whole lot more hip and a lot fewer hip extractions.

Happy Holidays from Norma and Richard!
