Numb feet

Tom woke up with a headache this morning, which is a new thing. He got out of bed, came downstairs, and went right back to sleep on the couch until 11am. He was fine when he woke up. He's doing really well, however he's complaining of his feet feeling numb. He's convinced the reason for the numbness is because of all the medicine he takes everyday. I'm trying to get him to walk more often - I think poor circulation may be a contributing factor to the numbness. Not being able to feel his feet is making walking difficult and frustrating.

Nothing exciting happened today. Just another day of television.

It has been a cloudy day, so the lack of a/c has been more tolerable as long as the ceiling fans are in full force. It really wouldn't be so bad if we could open the windows, but Tom can't be exposed to the outdoors without a mask. I don't want him to wear a mask at home, especially when he's comfortable with the temperature. No problem - I need to just "chill" out and quit complaining to you guys.

Lisa,
You're not complaining. You're just keeping up to date with what's going on in yours & Tom's life. I, for one, appreciate knowing what going on and look forward to the blog updates even if it seems like mundane stuff to you. Some folks say "no news is good news," but I like to hear about the regular everyday stuff too. You don't sound like you are complaining to me. I'm still amazed at the fortitude and strength of both you and Tom. He has been through so much and he's going to get through it all be able to look back on this and laugh at leukemia. I just know it. I love you guys and I really am sorry I was all germy this weekend.
Hang in there!
Elise
