We are busy preparing for our trip. We bought our airline tickets last night.
Dr. DeAngelis needs Tom's medical records from the past 12 months. There are so many doctors that have to be contacted in order to accomplish this task. Some places, unfortunately are very difficult to communicate with. The hospital for instance needs various release forms. Dr. DeAngelis's office will have to request the hospital records as they don't release them to patients without a fee. They told us recently that we could have a complete copy of the medical records for $4000. No thanks.
Thanks to IHG, Beth Paschetto to be exact, we have a hotel room. The hotel is VERY nice. She really went all out for us. This place is less than two miles from Sloan Kettering Medical Center!

Hi guys! I'm nervous and excited for you all at the same time. I really hope this Dr. Lisa can help you. She's got a great name...that should help. LOL! From one Lisa to another, I thought you might appreciate that. :) I'm glad you got your hotel and airline ticketes squared away. Now, do you need anything else?
